Firestone Complete Auto Care

Wow! We are FT RVers and have been at a lot of Firestone locations. This is the BEST customer service location. The techs are knowledgeable, thorough, and get the job done right. They quoted the job before we proceeded and were very wonderful to work with. We will be back again when we swing through Madison next. Thank you to Gideon the service writer and the tech team for getting us in and out so effectively. Great work!

We brought our car in because Firestone is an approved service inspector for Carvana. They did an unbelievably outstanding job representing me during the claim process. I have used Firestone service centers in the past and I’ve always had great service through their shops The team at Madison East from the technician working on my vehicle all the way up to Managment that Ann and unbelievable Highly highly recommend Thank you Mike V

Hello from the beginning of having my vehicle dropped off at East Firestone was very informative by the personnel. They have given me updates on my car and was very inviting to suggestions. When my car was completed I was able to test drive the vehicle to insure it was in working condition. And was able to apply for a Firestone credit card which helped in paying for the work completed. Nice , friendly personnel and a clean and orderly location.

Firestone at easttown mall was to repair my exhaust and air conditioner, but I learned that my car was so rusted that they advised not to repair it , as it was a danger to drive. When I picked up the car, they were sympathetic and gave me my car back with the complete vehicle inspection done for free. It is a thoughtful and courteous group over there.

I want to give them a great thanks for fixing my tire on fast notice, brought it in before my appointment and they got it done within 20 minutes. Even though they were working as a team of two and with a lot of work on their hands, they were reliable and able to work fast to get me in! As a mama of two greatly appreciated!!!
